Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
As many of our products are handcrafted, curated, or sourced from artisan and NGO communities, certain products may require additional preparation time. In such cases, we will communicate any significant delay to you.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festive seasons, sales, special launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within India
Giving Creations ships across India through trusted courier and delivery partners.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:
- Metro cities: 3–7 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote locations: 7–14 business days
These delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Giving Creations may offer free shipping on selected products, orders above a specified value, or during promotional periods from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout, wherever available.
Tracking updates may be shared via:

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your:

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. Our team will assist you and coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
We take care to pack every order securely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging
- An unboxing video, wherever available
Please retain the original product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed by our team.
Each case will be assessed carefully, and our team will guide you on the next steps.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately depending on product availability, dispatch location, or the nature of the products ordered.
Where this happens, you may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
Handmade Product Variations
Many Giving Creations products are handcrafted by artisans.
Slight variations in colour, texture, shape, pattern, stitching, print, finish, or size may naturally occur. These variations are part of the handmade character of the product and make every piece unique.
Such natural handmade variations are not considered defects.
Custom, Bulk and Corporate Orders
Customised orders, corporate gifting orders, festive hampers, and bulk orders may require additional preparation and delivery time.
The estimated timeline for such orders will be communicated separately based on:
- Order quantity
- Product availability
- Customisation requirements
- Packaging requirements
- Delivery location

International Shipping
For international delivery enquiries, please contact the Giving Creations team before placing your order. Availability, shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges may vary depending on the destination.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable at the destination will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
